About me
I was born in Catalonia and I am totally in love with Barcelona. Yet, I have always wanted to look and go far beyond: discovering new countries, mastering their local languages and working as a professional interpreter have always been some of my lifelong goals.
Living, studying and working in Germany on multiple occasions between 2015 and 2019 gave me the chance to acquire a fascinating language. Shortly thereafter, German was added to the list of languages I use every single day, where English and French had already settled a long time before.
Graduating in a conference interpreting master degree in English, German, Spanish and Catalan, and a while later adding French to my language combination, taught me never to give up and that hard work, commitment and resilience always pay off.
Finally, entering the professional interpreting market in worldwide pandemic times and finding my place in it teaches me something every single day: It is worth taking the risk to learn, to improve and, ultimately, to look and go far beyond.
My philosophy:
To learn every day a little bit more and to ignore a little bit less
My goal:
That nothing - or nearly nothing- is Greek to me
Passionate about languages and happy to build communicative bridges through community and conference interpreting, I strongly believe in the power of communication and that behind every single language there is a special culture, a particular mindset and a different world hidden.
